Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint on your planet. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. Check our Policy details below:
REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Received the wrong item/s – please send pictures to be verified.
- Received damaged item/s – please send pictures to be verified.
- Received an incomplete or did not receive your order at all.
- Wrong size – we can assist with exchanges or store credit.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
- In order to initiate a return, visit our returns center.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with the refund/exchange/store credit details.
- Our priority is always to minimize the carbon footprint of multiple shipping. However, in some cases we might request you to send the item back to us:
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- We do not provide shipping label or handle the postage fee for sending an item back to us.
- Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
- Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Please note that you must notify us of any issues with the product within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we approve your return.
- Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling and processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. So, once you hit submit, most orders cannot be changed. However, Aliens Gear customer service may be able to help. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you’re unhappy with the size received, first check that the size stated on the garment or accessory match the size stated on the sizing chart or product description. Though rare, it’s possible that the product was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
